“No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it” (1Corinthians 10:13).
The words in this scripture are so powerful. Listen to Him as He says, “He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it” (1Corinthians 10:13). What does He mean? God is saying that no matter the trial of your season or test of your faith, you have the ability to tackle the obstacles planted before you as the end hurdle will lead to a peaceful flee.
Have you ever made so many indescribable unceasing mistakes that you began to question your ability to walk in God’s will? Almost asking yourself if you had any worth to God. Even believing that the one’s that you love around you found no value in your existence merely based on the amount of unsolicited decree that they spoke onto your life? Or was it just me. Am I the only one that began to notice the lack of value that I had placed on my head due to the enemies’ everlasting attacks on my development and former deeds?
Well, this written work here is to decree that the enemy does not have the authority over your future nor does the detrimental voices in your head that try and speak up against you. The word says that, “God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability”, meaning that this trial that you face and that voice that you hear does not have the power to take you down (1Corinthians 10:13). Anything that is said or done in the flesh does not have the capability to lessen your value to God. You are made for a purpose and your story has yet to be completely written and published. God will inscribe and obliterate your story as He sees fit and no one man could ever impact your story in such a way as HE.
This word is for those who fleshly walk alone. Those who understand the true meaning of self-forgiveness and refuse to succumb to what the world decrees upon their life. This word is for those who recognize that giving up is not an option and that as soon as it becomes too much to bear – the almighty comes crashing down with everlasting peace. This is for the woman who continues to search for completion, validation, and acceptance – to remind themselves that if they have nothing at all – that they have an almighty God. This is a reminder to the woman who is tired, so tired that she has allowed so many to dictate her life that she has become lost in a world of guilt and pain. This is for the one who is done with trying, done with praying, and done with believing that her life could become any better than what it is today. This is for YOU. This is for anyone who has ever thought that a season of life was too much to endure, “He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it” (1Corinthians 10:13).
Take Heart, for your escape is just around the corner. Hold Tight.
And Be Blessed,
